Rental property through LLC or personal
I opened an LLC. My mom and I are gearing up to purchase a rental property utilizing a DSCR loan. My question is I haven’t set up my business bank accounts ETC. Is it even worth it to put a first property into the LLC? Can my mom just be a PML or should I add her as a member? Do I need to transfer my down payment & closing costs funds into my business bank accounts or can I pay them directly from my personal accounts as an LLC member contribution? Is that considered mixing “personal funds” with “buisness activity “
