Workflows and Multiple Tools

I'm curious about your approach to using multiple tools alongside Tana. Do you rely exclusively on Tana or integrate it with other tools? If you use a combination, could you share your workflow and how you synchronize everything with Tana? I'm eager to hear about your experiences and strategies.

For example, currently:

Notes: Obsidian is used to connect ideas, write drafts and articles, and then move some notes to Craft (Craft is where I save the last version of my articles).
Bullet Journal / University Notes: Capacities.
Calendar: Akiflow.
ToDo List / Habit Tracker: TickTick.
Bookmarks: Raindrop.

About Tana, I'm still learning (using it for some notes), but I plan to use it instead of Capacities.
