When little things add up
Busy but positive week. A few highlights: - New tattoo dedicated to my daughter 💜- Treated myself to some gym equipment 💪- Sorted the rooftop flowers out with mum 🌸 - Spent some proper time with family and friends on the canal boats ☀️ Nothing massively life changing, but I’m starting to appreciate that building a better life is usually a lot of small things done consistently, not just big moments.

When little things add up
Consistency, consequences, self-management
Last night I forgot to take my medication. Slept badly. Woke up feeling rough. Mood’s off. Energy’s low. It’s easy to overlook the basics when things are going well. But this is the reality: small habits → big impact For me, sleep and medication aren’t optional extras. They’re foundations. Today’s just a reminder: Look after the basics, even when you feel “fine”. Because it catches up with you when you don’t.

Decide On Discipline
Been trying to stay a bit more consistent lately. I don’t always feel like training. That’s kind of the point. Discipline isn’t about feeling good. It’s about doing it anyway. What’s one thing you’re trying to stay consistent with right now?

Redirection and focus
The destination hasn’t changed. The vehicle has. I’ve made the decision to step away from my formal education and volunteering in the mental health space for the foreseeable. Not because I stopped caring - but because after reflection, feedback and collaboration, I believe I can create the most positive impact through Talking With Tom. This is a longer video (6+ minutes) because I wanted to explain it properly. Growth isn’t always about adding more. Sometimes it’s about choosing deliberately.
