Last night I forgot to take my medication.
Slept badly.
Woke up feeling rough.
Mood’s off. Energy’s low.
It’s easy to overlook the basics when things are going well.
But this is the reality:
small habits → big impact
For me, sleep and medication aren’t optional extras.
They’re foundations.
Today’s just a reminder:
Look after the basics, even when you feel “fine”.
