Day 2
Felt really unmotivated didnt want to do anything really but my mom didnt raise no quitter but a complainer i am a bit but eventually i will get it done
I had a great session today did 3 hrs did 12 rounds of hard sparring afterwards i hit legs and some more abs
After the endurance training as I was going home I found some protein gummies they are low cal and high protein i think like 30g
Idid only 4,5km today had a bad time and pace but overall it was good
Now i will study a bit and read the bible
Stay locked in boys
And stay relentless
