Just got back home from practice it was good felt a little rusty at first but i got the hang of it. Today i had to hit almost the whole upper body in short I did high intensity of chest, triceps, biceps and shoulders all accompanied by sets of 4x12 and the last set being until failure I finished with some cardio on the air bike did 4,5 km at first and then I almost did 1km in 3 mins After practice i walked back home its about 1,5-2km I was exhausted but I didn’t had time for excuses so I gritted my teeth and kept going. After getting home i had a cold shower so as to not be as sore the following day and afterwards I ate my post workout meal which is 6 eggs with no salt cause I forgot to add it. Now im going to read 20 mins of the bible and go downstairs to have some quality time with my family. Also here are the times of the air bike sadly i didnt beat my previous record of 13:37 but it was good enough
