Daily routine is going crazzzzyyyyyy. Push up progression has gone from only being able to do around 20 per session to over 60 in just a week and a bit. Still working on core strength a lot although today was my core rest day, as I do it 5 times a week. Thinking about going back to Muay Thai after 1 and a half years break with better boxing than before haha. See you guys tomorrow.
