Day 19
Boxing goals are seeing a lot of progress. Defence has improved significantly. Nutrition goals hit, water a bit low.
Day 18
Missed the past few days since I've been sleeping really early to study in the morning, but I have been going strong, although yesterday I didn't hit my water goal, but overall very well. Missed a training session due to a class but made up for it at home on my heavy bag.
Day 15
Woke up at 4 am today to go fishing and got sick by the time I returned to the house unfortunately. Ate well but didn't get all my fitness goals in to rest.
Day 13
Hit my food goals, back hurts from a fall but I'm fine. Generally good day, a little low on motivation but pushed through.
Day 12
Glory to god! Goals today were hit but I did eat a little bit more 'traditional' than usual, and maybe overindulged in certain Easter foods. Love to everyone and I wish you guys the best!
