Day 47
Strength and conditioning going great. Home training is going great, and the new Muay Thai training is a whole new world of pain. New Cleto Reyes gloves arrived and they are way better than expected, although I do have some extra bag work to do to break them in.

Day 43
Recovering from allergies and a sickness that I somehow got, probably from not wearing enough clothes when running unfortunately, but I am back on the routine, although these sick days I have not been sticking to the strict nutrition goals so I could recover faster. Almost at my old Muay Thai peak again in terms of flexibility, as I have been implementing a stretching routine on top of all my daily exercise.
Day 41
Been sick for the whole weekend almost and had to skip out today on everything to recover. I hope I feel better tomorrow so that I can get back in the grind.
Day 27
Daily routine is going crazzzzyyyyyy. Push up progression has gone from only being able to do around 20 per session to over 60 in just a week and a bit. Still working on core strength a lot although today was my core rest day, as I do it 5 times a week. Thinking about going back to Muay Thai after 1 and a half years break with better boxing than before haha. See you guys tomorrow.

BY THE WAY started foam rolling and medicine ball rolling on muscles that are in need of recovery i.g (hamstrings and abs are a big one for me) which MASSIVELY improves recovery speed as it is passively stretching the muscle fibres. I recommend for everyone to at least try it once. Remember to put adequate pressure but don't make it hurt the following day because of too much pressure.

Day 3t went good, still going heavy on the strength and conditioning and already seeing a difference 💪
