Day 30
Was gonna write something about this being a meaningful 30 days but since it's extended everybody forget about it. Nevertheless, kept it simple today, ate well, sleep - not amazing but it's fine for only today, nutrition is going nicely, since the start of this challenge I have actually destroyed my pair of rival boxing gloves (they were already dying) which is a good show of the work I have done so far. See you guys on the extention!
Day 30 ✅️
Crushed the gym. Since I couldnt do bicep curls due to my elbow I did extra training on the handstand. 30 day challenge is extended so see you guys on the 31st!

Day 29 ✅️
Hit the gym for a push workout, happy to be progressing with the handstand even if im taking it slow due to the elbow injury.

Day 28 ✅️
Day 28 complete, didnt count nutrients but made sure to eat enough. Legs were quite sore so I hit back at the gym and spent time with family since we had some visits. Summer is coming slowly, and I cant wait to he done with exams. Lfg boys the lifestyle we create us our biggest asset.

I had a lot of homework to do I did all of my goals except one because I exeded the calories that I should have eaten today
