Yesterday, I was literally crying in the chair while getting my makeup done.

The call came in, and I found out our company was hit with an unexpected multi–six-figure bill. The kind you cannot ignore.

And every time, it’s a signal: the people in that room are about to be fire. Powerhouses. Next-level leaders. People God is preparing me to coach.
