Need Help with Finding Leads

Hello all, I'm having trouble finding the right contacts to decision makers for certain events i'm finding. I'm curious what's your strategy to getting quality leads and knowing who are the right people to reach out to that hires speaker. I have 2 speaking topics for different audience members.

(FIRST AUDIENCE) I want to speak at events that have an audience of small business owners to speak to them on marketing, business growth, entrepreneurship.

(2ND AUDIENCE) And I'm also looking for other events where I can speak to teams and corporations on leadership, productivity and mindset. getting their correct emails and phone numbers has not been straight forward and i want to save time. i have Apollo.io and I have Rocket Reach to find non-public emails...but it's a slow process and takes too long to find one contact. I'm trying to reach out to more in short amount of time.
