I didn’t have time for it… but I spent most of my day here… at the spa

Whew… y’all, let me be real for a second. There are a million things going on behind the scenes right now. Our next Your First Corporate Offer Tour stops are in New York and the DMV—two of our biggest cities yet. We’ve received hundreds of volunteer applications to go through. We’ve got to notify folks, get logistics in place, and prep to deliver a world-class experience.

On top of that, I’m launching the Speak Your Way To Cash® Summit virtually at the end of this month. My daughter is starting school soon—she’s not fully registered yet—and she’s graduating next week. Both sides of our family are flying in. It’s a lot. And honestly, “a lot” doesn’t even begin to cover it.

But I did something radical today: I paused. I took the time I needed and went to the spa at the Ritz Carlton. I read a book I’ve been meaning to catch up on. I slowed down. I thought. I rested. And it was 100% worth it.

Let this be your reminder: rest is not optional—it’s essential. People always say, “Take the time you need,” and the truth is, if you don’t take it, life will take it from you anyway. You cannot pour from an empty cup.
