I am the CEO/Founder of EmpowerED LeadHER.

EmpowerED LeadHER empowers women instructional leaders in underperforming K-8 schools serving Black and Brown communities to close the leadership gap by building the confidence, clarity, and capacity needed to transform learning and lead with equity-centered instructional leadership for sustainable change.

I'm seeking feedback to ensure that I am clear & to also start pitching to organizations outside of school districts.
