You’re exhausted.
Pulled in every direction.
Wondering if you’ll ever feel like YOU again.
The weight of motherhood, career, and life itself can feel impossible.
Like no matter how hard you try, you’re always behind.
In 2015, I faced a life-altering multiple sclerosis diagnosis.
I went from walking freely to being dependent on two canes.
My body, my independence—everything I knew—felt like it was slipping away.
But I refused to accept that as my story.
Step by step, micro win by micro win, I fought my way back.
And within a year, I ran a half marathon.
Not because it was easy.
But because I chose to rise—again and again.
Moms, I know the weight you carry.
I know how impossible it feels some days.
But your strength? It’s greater than you realize.
Your dreams don’t disappear just because life gets hard.
And just like I rebuilt my body, you can rebuild your confidence, your joy, your identity—one step at a time.
But you don’t have to do it alone like I did!
We’ve got each other (:
