Hello All
I'll go first. My name is Ben. 6 weeks ago I was in a hospital with a 500 blood sugar and an A1C of 13. Today I take zero insulin. I built this community because I found a system that works and I want to share it with everyone who is where I was. Two days. That's how long it took to stop 35 units of insulin completely.
For 10 years I laughed at my diabetes. I'd check my sugar, see HI on the machine and crack jokes about it. "Hello, how are you?" It wasn't funny. It wasn't because I wanted to die. It was because I truly didn't know how I was gonna fix it. One day at work half my face went numb. Ended up in the hospital. Blood sugar over 500. A1C of 13. They sent me home. Then my doctor put me on Mounjaro and the Libre 3. I had no idea what any of it was. I put the sensor on my arm. 370. 300. Numbers I couldn't ignore anymore. Finished my last Dr Pepper. Took my first shot. Woke up checking my phone every 5 minutes. That was all it took. 6 weeks later — zero insulin. GMI 6.1%. Two changes. That's it. If you want the system — it's here. 💬 The 6-7 Carb Rule
I want to tell you about the day I almost got fooled. Ice cream sandwiches. Frozen section. Big letters on the front — ZERO ADDED SUGARS. I bought them. Kept buying them. Felt great about my choices. Then one day I actually did the full label math. 14 to 17 grams of total carbohydrates. 14 net carbs per serving. I put them down and never bought them again.
