This bat is amazing. The first thing is the correction of the grip. Here I’m doing a SnF focusing on turning my rear back pocket to the pitcher and truly knowing what it feels like while also getting used to the bat. I’ve been trying to learn HLP since the summer but have failed 90% of the time so I’m resetting and starting back at square 1. But am way more focused and understand it better after watching “The enemy within” and “Barrel alchemy” so I know what it feels like to coil and can do it on command. In just 5 days I’ve made more progress than in the initial first 5 months. Cognitive warfare has been a huge help and I recommend others watch and learn from it as well. I see the swing and the process of learning it differently. (For now I’ve just learned turning my back pocket to the pitcher) but truly learning that is better than half learning the whole thing
