One of our team members is playing with the Field Maps "Tasks" workflow and wants to incorporate Survey123 into the process. Right now, she's gotten this far: - Testing with a copied hosted Feature Service in AGOL. - Determining how the existing workflow-trigger fields map to the new Task fields. - Identifying which fields need to be retained for reporting and automation. - Evaluating how Field Maps Tasks, and Survey123 can share information without duplicating data. - Building a workflow that allows Task status updates while still capturing labor hours and costs in Survey123. Her next step is to connect those Task fields to the Survey123 form that captures the ROW workers' hours and associated costs, so everything flows together properly.
