One of our team members is playing with the Field Maps "Tasks" workflow and wants to incorporate Survey123 into the process. Right now, she's gotten this far: - Testing with a copied hosted Feature Service in AGOL. - Determining how the existing workflow-trigger fields map to the new Task fields. - Identifying which fields need to be retained for reporting and automation. - Evaluating how Field Maps Tasks, and Survey123 can share information without duplicating data. - Building a workflow that allows Task status updates while still capturing labor hours and costs in Survey123. Her next step is to connect those Task fields to the Survey123 form that captures the ROW workers' hours and associated costs, so everything flows together properly. New Badges are here! I hope your week has run smoothly after the long weekend. I've been improving our training platform! New Recording, with less FLUFF, just training. I organized the modules better. I've added a template folder, where we can add our favorite Survey123 forms for others to use. (I added my Pulldata toolbox for now) Would someone like to QC my JSON module (AKA the Nesting Bird Survey with Buffers)? I want to open this during the Esri UC, as a membership drive.😉
