Am I Doing This Correctly?
When I submit a file for review or approval. Is the SURPLUS LIST the location I am suppose to review to check to see if the file has been submitted already so I do not submit the same file and is this also the same location I check to see if my file is accepted and has been added to the list?
Please help. As I am still not getting feedback for my email submission. At least I would like to know if I am executing the steps correctly? Thanks in advance.
