When you say 27% commission do you mean 27% of what you are allowed to claim per state or 27% commission of the total surplus fund's amount? Example: State Allowed 15% commission $100,000 you receive $15,000 (15%) I receive $4,050 (27% of $15,000) Please help me understand as this will help actually help me see what efforts or how many files I need to submit per month to make a decent return. Thanks in advance for your clarity.
Thanks to everyone including @Shawn Buige and the support team for having patience with me as a newbie submitting files for Montgomery OH. I learned a lot from my first submission. Now my only question is I know days can get busy especially since I’m focused on more then just Surplus Funds as another income. Once you get it under contract and paid out. How long do I have to respond to the team to receive my payment when that time comes? Do I wait for an email from SFR? I don’t exactly have your number stored to know who’s calling. Thanks in advance.
When I submit a file for review or approval. Is the SURPLUS LIST the location I am suppose to review to check to see if the file has been submitted already so I do not submit the same file and is this also the same location I check to see if my file is accepted and has been added to the list? Please help. As I am still not getting feedback for my email submission. At least I would like to know if I am executing the steps correctly? Thanks in advance.
Is it normal to resubmit a file and not get feedback? Does submitting with another email address then the one used when I paid for the National Partnership make a difference in response? I keep checking the list and it’s been over 4 days and don’t yet see my name listed for the file I submitted . Any advice will help me. Thanks in advance.
@Shawn Buige I did follow the steps to make sure it was not listed before I submitted it. I recently had to resubmit because I labeled the subject line wrong and I didn’t mark the boxes properly from the checklist. The VA gave me direction on how to label my resubmit. That was on Tuesday July 13th. Should I just resubmit? From the email I used when I purchased the program?
@Shawn Buige Okay sorry for calling them VA's I still new to your operations. I spoke with the person in charge of file submissions through email. Yet, since the resubmission I havent heard or seen anything update? Should I just resubmit? @Shawn Buige
