I’m trying to decide on which training course to focus on and buy first. The National surplus funds course or the Tax surplus strike course. Which one would be the most beginner friendly and easiest to start, and once I do a few that I could get the research process down to 15-20 minutes per file with. also that has the highest chance of getting more deals put under contract?
