💪How I Lost 50 Pounds — My 90 Day Transformation🔥
What’s up everyone I wanted to share something I’m really proud of! I lost about 50 pounds in just 90 days and completely transformed my body and my life. Here’s how I did it, I hope it inspires you!!!
Three months ago I was 235 pounds, tired all the time, and stuck in a rut. I knew I needed a change, so I committed to a plan that works for me as an ex-trainer. I used reverse dieting to reset my metabolism, I lifted 4 to 5 times a week, and rucked two times a day for to burn fat while keeping it sustainable. I also focus on high protein, low-calorie meals to stay full and fueled.
The result? I’m now 185 stronger than ever and feeling unstoppable. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it here two things that made the biggest difference for me.
  1. Reverse Dieting: start by eating just above your maintenance calories to boost your metabolism. Don’t just jump straight into a big deficit.
  2. Rucking: walking with a weighted backpack burns fat without killing your joints. It’s perfect for daily cardio.
