Those were the words that came out of Sanjey’s mouth today at lunch. Sanjey is currently attending Meir Schneider’s Basic Training course - a 100-hour, 12-day deep dive into learning and practicing the method. And this is exactly why I believe learning from the source matters. Meir Schneider was born blind and, through years of practice, taught himself to see. He has spent decades helping people understand their eyes, their bodies, and their ability to develop new ways of seeing. He has also worked with people facing serious conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis. Sanjey started the course wearing glasses. Just a few days into the training, today, he can read without them. The change can sometimes be fast. But the real secret isn't speed. It's practice. When you practice consistently, you give your eyes and brain the opportunity to work together in new ways. And you don't have to figure out what to do on your own. I've taken Meir's Vision for Life book and with Schneider, brought it to life in the 'Super Vision Blueprint', combining the book with Meir's explanations, demonstrations, and insights. You'll find it in the Classroom tab. If you've ever wondered what you can do to support your own vision naturally, this is a great place to begin. Learn it. Practice it. See what happens.
