Not a meal but a snack. It's been a week. A wild week. I've had a lot of time on my phone..had to get back on Facebook to find a dog's owner, so of course I got sucked in and doom scrolled. Like a lot. But. I did find this and I'm super excited to try.
Greek yogurt jello
*1cup water, boil.
*Dump into 1 packet of jello(regular not family size. You can use regular but I went with sugar free to have less calories..I know..artificial sweetener..bleh..but hey you can't win them all)
*let it cool a little
*add 1 cup greek yogurt. I did plain for my batch and vanilla for my son.
Refrigerate until set. From what I've gathered it turns into more of a mousse texture. 2 1cup servings= 21g protein, 207 calories (based on the vanilla yogurt, it has more calories than plain).
You can fancy yours up like the interweb and put coolwhip or strawberry. I'm just going plain Jane. I made strawberry for me and orange for the boy so we have a couple sweet treats in the fridge ♥️
