Hello!

My name is Anthony and I am excited to be here and connect!

I spent the last several years in formal leadership and technical roles in Health Information Management(HIM). My work has focused on compliance, clinical documentation, auditing, data, education and professional development within healthcare organizations.

This past year I took a big intentional step and launched HIM Agents which is a staffing, compliance audit, and education and development company that supports healthcare facilities and HIM professionals. My goal is to build a modern and ethical HIM support ecosystem that makes it easier for facilities to stay compliant and for professionals to grow in their careers.

My theme for 2026 is intentional growth. I have been focusing on expanding my network, building community, and connecting with other LGBTQ+ professionals who are creating things, leading in their fields, and thinking about the next chapter of their work. Finding this group was perfect timing for me and I am excited to add value and to learn from everyone here.
