Hey everyone, I've been working out from home for nearly 7 years now(Now I have upgraded with equipment). My approach has always been simple — I focus on maintaining correct workout form and sticking to basic homemade food as my diet, considering some limitations ofcourse,i.e, ignoring spicy & junk foods(On weekdays only, because I have to enjoy life also 😂😂). I’ve never used protein powders or supplements, and honestly, I don’t go deep into calculating grams of protein, carbs, or exact food intake. I only follow the basic idea of calorie deficit, and this has helped me stay consistent and achieve results that I consider normally achievable. 💪 But here’s the thing — I’m not a certified trainer, and my knowledge about detailed nutrition/calculations is limited. 👉 So I wanted to ask you all —Are you comfortable with me sharing my journey, tips, and knowledge as it is? Your feedback does matters to me, and I want Styled and Strong to feel like a space that truly helps you. Drop your thoughts in the comments 🙌
