New pattern!
I’m working on an easy embroidery pattern for the kids lesson I’ll be teaching Aug 7. Is anyone into trying it? I’ll put it up in the classroom if you are! Materials were yarn embroidery floss (I’m not sure what else to call it since it was not a ball of yarn but wrapped up like floss), and a tapestry needle.

The Pansy Lesson Is Uploaded!!
I have uploaded most of the pansy lesson. I know it’s called “hair tie” but you can go ahead and use this pansy pattern for anything else. Head bands are also really cute and maybe a brooch as well?? Hair pins?? Anyway! I’ll also give you the introduction for free. Otherwise the lesson is only $5 😮

I’m teaching in person!
Starting in August, I’m giving embroidery lessons to kids in person in Tokyo. So that means I’m preparing lessons. I’m willing to share some of the resources here as I make it. The first lesson will be a simple ladybug design. You will be able to find the lesson in the classroom labeled “simple embroidery designs”. As the kids lesson is $55 a month to teach in person, I’ll have to think of a price that matches something online since I’m making the designs and lessons myself. More on that soon!
