Hey everyone, my contracts midterm is just a few days away and I’m feeling a bit lost. Do you think I should focus on Michael’s videos, class notes, or something else? Any advice would be really appreciated.

I have my first midterm in Torts and Civil Procedure. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to extract what I need for PJ, SMJ, DJ, , FQJ, USC 1331? And with torts, there are things that I have overlooked with Battery, FI, and IIED. I'm also thrown off by conversion and the fair market value when doing timed practice tests and it's driving me nuts. I feel like my brain is not functioning and I'm stressed. Any help offered would be greatly appreciated.

How do you go by approaching the videos? I am primarily using this for my contracts class. Let's say we are going over a certain part of the restatement, do I just search that under classroom and scroll? Or do I like through the contracts section and see what best applies? Thanks!
