In place of our Live Workshop that was scheduled for tomorrow evening, here is the prerecorded FULL session on the 3.0-3.5 Stages. Not only do we go into great detail about Stages 3.0 and 3.5 (The Expert and The Achiever) but we also learn about what is developing across 7 adult development models. We explore 8 key psychological features, expressions and domains in a unified multi-model approach. This includes; 1. Perspective 2. Meaning-making 3. Self-Other Boundary (subject-object) 4. Time Horizon - how we experience time 5. Authority & Norms - our relationship to knowledge 6. Emotional reflexivity - How we hold and metabolize feelings 7. Causal Complexity - how you complete task complexity and approach systemic thinking/operations 8. Defensiveness-openness - How open or closed one feels to explore growth I go over what is available to us from a consciousness perspective and neurological function perspective, aka, "what states and operating modes are available to me at each stage of development?" A brief overview of parts expression, shadow and how to stand in better service through out each expression. This is a LENGTHY one.
