Exploring Developmental Worlds: The Expert, The Achiever & The Birth of Self-Authorship
In place of our Live Workshop that was scheduled for tomorrow evening, here is the prerecorded FULL session on the 3.0-3.5 Stages. Not only do we go into great detail about Stages 3.0 and 3.5 (The Expert and The Achiever) but we also learn about what is developing across 7 adult development models. We explore 8 key psychological features, expressions and domains in a unified multi-model approach. This includes; 1. Perspective 2. Meaning-making 3. Self-Other Boundary (subject-object) 4. Time Horizon - how we experience time 5. Authority & Norms - our relationship to knowledge 6. Emotional reflexivity - How we hold and metabolize feelings 7. Causal Complexity - how you complete task complexity and approach systemic thinking/operations 8. Defensiveness-openness - How open or closed one feels to explore growth I go over what is available to us from a consciousness perspective and neurological function perspective, aka, "what states and operating modes are available to me at each stage of development?" A brief overview of parts expression, shadow and how to stand in better service through out each expression. This is a LENGTHY one. I recommend breaking into two sessions and have noted to do this moving forward so that I can give much clearer detail and framing on the next session! Also recommend listening at 1.5x speed! Developmental World Workshop 3/19/26 @5PM est.
Hi! The workshop has been moved to March 19th! I have been under construction and steady building the technology behind the work. Many exciting things have been integrated into the Prescriptive Developmental Practice System and the research pilot and I look forward to sharing all of these updates in our upcoming workshop together. We are going to be learning about developmental psychology through a multidisciplinary lens. This includes your developmental stage, attachment patterns, cognitive processes, how identity and meaning making show up and how complexity becomes capacity. Humans truly are brilliantly and purposefully designed. This allows us to see ourselves and how we develop through multiple frameworks and stages, psychological expressions and relational experiences. I am so excited to share all of what’s been built over the last 4 weeks! Stay tuned for links and updates for the workshop and for new learning resources coming soon. 3.0 Research Review
Hi fellow evolutionary seekers, I've been building out assets and tools for the participants in the Prescriptive Developmental Practice pilot and intend to share these over time here in the community. A landing page to participate in the assessment and matching protocol is currently being built for those interested in joining! Coming soon. For now - here is a developmental research review across key adult developmental models for STAGE 3.0 - The Expert in stages model. I'll be sharing a white paper on each stage as we go. For now, read through and see if you can locate aspects of Self. Next month in Workshop classroom, we will be doing a deep dive on the descriptors of each stage and why it's relevant to integrate and recognize the psychological capacities available to us at EACH stage. Along with building our own developmental capacity skills dashboard so we can see ourselves. Remember: ALL stages are valuable. Intro to Development Workshop
This Wednesday 1/28 at 7 PM EST here in Skool on Zoom, I’ll be hosting the first workshop of a monthly series centered around Developmental Psychology and ways we can locate, orient and participate with our development. The vision for the space is to begin creating a community where we can access information about adult development, learn about research in the field and adjacent fields, why understanding yourself developmentally has the power to shape a healthier life, and ways you can actively participate, track and engage with your own evolutionary process. This month the topic is an introduction to meaning making, perspective taking, an overview of the stages model and 3 other adult developmental models, what growth means, signs of development, and how to support yourself during transformational changes.
