Training: Pay attention to your warm up before your training and during. Some light mobility work before hand won’t cut it if we’re going to get the most out of our training session. 1-3 light warm up / ramp up sets should lead into your working sets for an exercise.
Nutrition: Since snacking is often the enemy, look into planning your snacks ahead of time and having options you can take with you. This will help prevent bad foods working their way in and mindless snacking before or after dinner.
Parenting/Lifestyle: Acknowledge your wife and kids in something they do well or that your admire them for.
Mindset: If a potential opportunity is causing anxiety, it’s most likely the one that is right for you and can lead to the most self-improvement.
