Our nutrition has to support our goal.
We typically start off the mornings, waking up slightly dehydrated from the night.
Start your morning off with at least 12-16oz of water upon waking up. Supplement with a sugar free electrolyte powder like JockoFuel Hydrate, Liquid IV, or Pedialyte to give yourself a boost.
