๐ŸŒง๏ธ When the weather is dark and miserable itโ€™s so easy to eat anything & everything as comfort food. Meal prep is key for me! Soup is my go to this week, the lovely Scottish weather calls for a pot of soup. The lentils add a bit of protein, but not enough for me so it will be accompanied by a protein yoghurt.

What's a good or easy way to track calories in order to stay in a calorie deficit?
Still absolutely bossing meal prep!
I have been feeling awful for over a week now, but still stuck to calories and tracking. Main reason I have managed to sustain this is I forced myself to keep prepping. Being prepped keeps me on track and incontrol. P.S my calories did go AWOL on Saturday, didnโ€™t plan and felt like I needed a carb overdose.

Itโ€™s not even 9.30am and I already have breakfast & lunch prepped for Monday/tuesday. Just the chicken to add and I am good to go ๐Ÿ™Œ
