๐ง๏ธ When the weather is dark and miserable itโs so easy to eat anything & everything as comfort food. Meal prep is key for me! Soup is my go to this week, the lovely Scottish weather calls for a pot of soup. The lentils add a bit of protein, but not enough for me so it will be accompanied by a protein yoghurt.
I have been feeling awful for over a week now, but still stuck to calories and tracking. Main reason I have managed to sustain this is I forced myself to keep prepping. Being prepped keeps me on track and incontrol. P.S my calories did go AWOL on Saturday, didnโt plan and felt like I needed a carb overdose.
