Full Body with the Hubby๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
He was to tired/busy to do his own training yesterday, so I made him join me this morning๐Ÿ˜œ Which worked perfectly, 'cause we had to wait for each other anyway to use the weights and we could play with the baby while waiting and resting๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿผ And, eventhough he doesn't train a lot, it's a non-scale victory to use heavier weights than him๐Ÿ”ฅ

How do you stay concentrated during Strength Training?
Maybe it was the short sleep or the waiting worktasks in my head, but I had a hard time keeping my concentration during Lower Body training this morning, as you can see by the long (distracted) rests๐Ÿ˜… Finished it anyway, but lost a lot of time for no good reason. Anybody with the golden advice?๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Hurry hurry Lower Body
The collaboration between me and my wake-up alarm didn't workout this morning haha, so I had to hurry through the Lower Body 2 workout. But my muscles felt like I was working hard, so: โœ… And a picture of my hip thrust equipment for laughs, using a throw pillow as pad, oh well it works fine๐Ÿ˜‚

Today on the schedule: Full Body
I went racecycling for 2 hours yesterday, which was great, it felt like I was on vacation againโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Refueled properly afterwards cause today it was time for Full Body SAF Strength Training๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Didn't really expect the sweat but it came anyway, let's just say it was obvious that I was training hard๐Ÿฅต And of course loving the signs of a fit body, heartrate dropping fast in the resting moments๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Showing up for myself!
๐Ÿคข I havenโ€™t been feeling great since Friday. ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Hadnโ€™t trained since last Thursday. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Spent almost all of Sunday in bed trying to recover from lurgy. Was feeling better when I woke this morning, not 100% but well enough that I fancied training. Went for a 6.30am session and showed up for me. Proud that I didnโ€™t hit the snooze or just lay in bed procrastinating whether to go or not, just got up and got it done. May I add I didnโ€™t finish every rep but Iโ€™m ok with that.
