Someone is just as excited as me! 🤣 If you live in Scotland you understand the need for this treadmill. dark,wet,freezing & stupidly windy days and nights are ahead of us for the foreseeable. I don’t mind getting wrapped up, but I sometimes can’t get out until this cheeky monkey is in bed and by that time it’s dark and walks just aren’t as enjoyable. Atleast this way I can listen to my book and get my steps in, all in the comfort of my own home. No excuses not to hit my step target

Today I tried to follow the trainingplan of the 12week Fat Loss Guide for the first time and it felt good🔥! It was a bit annoying how slow I went through it, because I wasn't prepared and had to watch the videos multiple times for the moves that were new to me😅. But I'm looking forward to the next sessions and we'll see where this journey takes me!🤩

Upper Body✅ + Question
Planned to do the Upper Body Training this morning, but for some reason the 8mo👶🏼 was in my bed, so I couldn't escape😂. Actually had a great workout after this long day, thanks to Spotify's Evening Workout Mix I think🎵 Question: when I do Em's workouts and I have to do 3 sets of a single sided exercise, does that mean actually 6 sets because it's 3 for every side? Or something like half the reps on one side and the other half on the other side?

Upper Body✅ + Question
Sometimes the body just needs to rest!
After 2 weeks of feeling unwell I finally got back to the gym and did a leg session yesterday morning & a swim later on while little one was at her swimming lesson. No excuses this morning now that I am feeling well enough, so dragged my backside out off bed and down to the pool for 6.30am. I then did nursery drop off and off to work feeling by great 😌 So glad I listened to my body and gave it the time off it deserved to recover & refuel. ITS OK TO REST UP! It’s taken me a while to learn this.
