Video call sessions
Good evening everyone 👋
I’ve set up 2 new video call sessions to help us get more out of this community:
1️⃣ Ask Me Anything (AMA) – Next Tuesday - Your chance to ask any questions you have about stroke prevention in a friendly, informal chat. 🧠💬
2️⃣ Monthly Meet-Up – Last Sunday of each month - We’ll check our blood pressure together (if you have a cuff), share tips, and set goals for the month ahead. Most importantly, it’s a chance to support each other and build a strong community. 💓🌱
👉 If these sessions are helpful, we’ll make them regular—and may add more in future - let me know your thoughts.
