Hello everyone
Hi there I’m Paul. I’m 57 and am really fresh on this stroke journey. I had a small stroke on holiday in Australia on day 2 of my trip. The care I received there was amazing. My ‘incident’ resolved itself all on its own and was told it was a small clot. My body dealt with it.
However I need to make lifestyle changes. I hope this group may help me on this journey.
