Discomfort
Does anyone else experience this?
Since my strokes, I’ve struggled with pain, stiffness and tingling in my hands, fingers and toes.
What’s strange is that it always seems to get worse around March and September, almost like clockwork.
I’m wondering whether changes in the seasons or temperature might play a part.
Does anyone else experience this, particularly at certain times of the year?
I’d be really interested to hear your experiences.
