Cyclical breathing
Today, I’d like for y’all to work on the following breath work pattern!
7 second inhale through the nose
10 second exhale through the mouth
7 second inhale through the nose
10 second hold
Repeat from the top!
Let’s do this for 5 to 10 mins!
Cyclical breathing helps to:
Lower your heart rate
Tap into your parasympathetic nervous system
Improve blood flow to the brain
Great for cooldowns or rest days!
