I am absolutely my own
I am Street Therapy!
For the exception of the last title you decide to use, I invite you to say this to yourself in the mirror everyday amidst the other affirmations you may have in your spiritual arsenal. Keep in mind that YOU are the writer of your own story. YOU have a higher power to access. It is YOUR responsibility to act upon that higher power within you. With the power of your breath, YOU can access that higher power. With the strength of your heart, YOU can guide that higher power. With the name you speak, YOU give life to the identity that YOU are desiring to live. With these words, take your power back:
I am one of a kind.
I am absolutely my own.
I am ______________ (the name of who YOU give power to)
Let the God in you make this identity come to fruition and embody it.
