What is Street Therapy? I Present My Manifesto
Street Therapy is a sanctuary—a space where imagination takes form, where self-discovery unfolds, and where healing is not just possible but inevitable. It is not bound by walls or institutions; it exists wherever the journey inward begins. The focus is not on external circumstances but on the individual—on transformation, on becoming whole despite the chaos of the world. Street Therapy is a place where knowledge is absorbed in a way that traditional spaces of education often fail to provide. It is a movement, a philosophy, a way of being that allows individuals to open their minds and hearts in ways most never get the chance to. Here, healing is not prescribed—it is expressed. Through creativity, conversation, and community, we illuminate the unspoken and embrace the unseen. Our mission is to help individuals uncover the missing parts of themselves—the fragments that were never truly lost but simply buried beneath pain, addiction, and societal expectations. We do not seek to change who you are; we seek to reunite you with your truest self, shadows and all. There is no judgment here, only reflection. No condemnation, only understanding. Every action, every word, and every moment within Street Therapy is an opportunity for self-knowledge and growth. We are not defined by where we have been, but by where we are going. And in this space, we walk that path together. Forward is inevitable! Move in Stride!

Street Therapy's Holistic Code of Ethics
Introduction This Code of Ethics represents the spiritual, emotional, and community-based foundation in which Street Therapy was built upon. It draws inspiration from various universal holistic principles as well as the Twelve Principles of Recovery. With purpose, these codes integrate mental health, spirituality, and self-expression into a fluid approach to healing, self-transformation and various forms of rehabilitation and recovery. 1. Honesty & Authenticity We commit to honest self-reflection and truthful communication—both with ourselves and within the community. Vulnerability is seen as strength. We acknowledge that healing is a journey, not a destination. 2. Faith & Openness We cultivate openness to a higher power (as each individual understands it) and to unseen energies, spiritual dimensions, and mystical aspects of recovery. We hold space for diverse beliefs and respect all healing paths. 3. Surrender to Support We recognize that true healing cannot occur in isolation. We rely on the collective support of mentors, spiritual guides, and community members. We surrender the illusion of self-reliance and open ourselves to connection and guidance. 4. Soul-Searching & Inventory We commit to continual inner work—evaluating our actions, beliefs, and wounds with honesty and compassion. Tools such as meditation, journaling, and ritual reflection allow us to integrate lessons and uncover suppressed truths. 5. Admitting & Accountability We take responsibility for our past actions, mistakes, and harms done. Through truth-telling and self-awareness, we seek accountability and practice restorative healing with humility and courage. 6. Acceptance & Willingness to Change We embrace our imperfections as opportunities for growth. We stay willing to evolve, to let go of limiting patterns, and to transform through love, discipline, and conscious action. 7. Humility & Service We remember that humility is strength. Through service to others—volunteering, teaching, or simply showing compassion—we honor the divine reciprocity of healing. Service connects us to our shared humanity.

Starting Over? ...or Revisiting?
Sometimes we feel that when we started a project and put it off to the side that we abandoned that project. Maybe you did...but what if you just weren't clear at the time that you originally started the project? One may not necessarily be sure if they don't go back to check on it. 🤔🤔🤔 So where is the Street Therapist going with this? Let's take my activity in Skool for instance. I understand that this platform is growing and while it's growing without my activity, my inactivity from Skool is because of some of the growth that I'm doing away from Skool. There are a variety of communities and community boards that I used to post to to make connections with people...and I LOVE sharing information that I just learned that aligns with whatever my soul purpose feels at the time that I post content in these communities...but there are times over the overall time that I've been active in Skool to where I would go days without posting to either my own community or to those communities that are helping me build in what little capacity I have. But I'm not gone because I gave up on Skool, I'm gone because other things (life situations if you will) take current priority either for my personal growth or because I'm at a crossroads in which I may have to put Skool off to the side from time to time. I have to remember that whenever I come back to post my findings or to make changes to the courses that I'm putting together or to interact with the different community and Skool games that are afoot...that I'm not necessarily starting over with Skool so much as I'm just revisiting. What makes it difficult is the amount of inconsistency that I'm having while trying to make my community work and grow a trying to see what I can do to help the communities that are helping me. I don't want to say it's burdensome, but I feel like if I don't show up as consistently as I would like to here at Skool that I would be letting those that are helping me grow on this platform down. And honestly, maybe that's just me self-projecting or maybe judging myself, but it's the point that I want to make that I question myself on this matter of duality (starting over vs revisiting) and I wanted to know if anyone feels something similar.
