Welcome to Street Therapy
Here's an introduction to what this community is about. Small tid bit about myself, I am currently a student working towards a degree in healthcare...more specifically, health and human services. I consider myself to be a rather overall spiritual person... as I'm sure over time the depth of this will unravel the longer you follow me. I consider myself to have a rather holistically multifaceted approach to life. I truly feel that there's a bigger sense of interconnectivity in the universe than there is given credit for...again, the depths of this notion will also be revealed as you follow me... and I will also say this about my history as well. Anycase, welcome to Street Therapy! As of the making of this post, Street Therapy is currently a seed and at the current moment, I'm not sure where this is going to grow. Even though I have an ideal of where I want this to grow, words aren't enough to explain the vastness of the dream at the moment...so I'm willing to see where this develops...as I hope you are willing to with me as well. If you are here reading this, thank you! I hope to make this as interesting and engaging as possible. Have the best day!๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š

Street Therapy's Holistic Code of Ethics
Introduction This Code of Ethics represents the spiritual, emotional, and community-based foundation in which Street Therapy was built upon. It draws inspiration from various universal holistic principles as well as the Twelve Principles of Recovery. With purpose, these codes integrate mental health, spirituality, and self-expression into a fluid approach to healing, self-transformation and various forms of rehabilitation and recovery. 1. Honesty & Authenticity We commit to honest self-reflection and truthful communicationโ€”both with ourselves and within the community. Vulnerability is seen as strength. We acknowledge that healing is a journey, not a destination. 2. Faith & Openness We cultivate openness to a higher power (as each individual understands it) and to unseen energies, spiritual dimensions, and mystical aspects of recovery. We hold space for diverse beliefs and respect all healing paths. 3. Surrender to Support We recognize that true healing cannot occur in isolation. We rely on the collective support of mentors, spiritual guides, and community members. We surrender the illusion of self-reliance and open ourselves to connection and guidance. 4. Soul-Searching & Inventory We commit to continual inner workโ€”evaluating our actions, beliefs, and wounds with honesty and compassion. Tools such as meditation, journaling, and ritual reflection allow us to integrate lessons and uncover suppressed truths. 5. Admitting & Accountability We take responsibility for our past actions, mistakes, and harms done. Through truth-telling and self-awareness, we seek accountability and practice restorative healing with humility and courage. 6. Acceptance & Willingness to Change We embrace our imperfections as opportunities for growth. We stay willing to evolve, to let go of limiting patterns, and to transform through love, discipline, and conscious action. 7. Humility & Service We remember that humility is strength. Through service to othersโ€”volunteering, teaching, or simply showing compassionโ€”we honor the divine reciprocity of healing. Service connects us to our shared humanity.

Daily Vibe for 5/30/26
I'm doing this a little differently because my phone keeps acting up every time I try to make a video, so I'm just posting what my Daily Vibe was for the day and what is going on in my day today. It's going to be more like a journal entry today, so please bear with me as I try to build this habit. Today's situation: - I'm trying to show up for myself by doing these daily and getting back to doing videos like I was regularly doing, but my damn phone is full again and it's getting on my nerves how I'm having to double check old work so that I don't lose certain values of sorts. Nonetheless, regardless the challenges, I'm still going to show up for myself by posting at least one of these daily and then going from there as my day goes. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช - My vibe mentioned something about healing old patterns to open up pathways to authentic connection. It sounds pretty counterintuitive for me at the moment, considering that the only way for me to heal these old patterns that prevent me from making genuine connections is by going out and making genuine connections so that I can get past the rejection part of things. Some times I'm afraid of acting like a childish narcissist if I get rejected in some way shape or form...but I guess I have to go out and find that out... ...somehow. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿซฃ๐Ÿ˜… - I'm not sure what made me, but SOMETHING made me sign up for a gym membership at my local Planet Fitness and considering that I already do exercises alone and away from the world, this is NEW for me. Earlier today, I went and did a calisthenics workout before I went to work at the tavern (which also luckily happen to be in the same shopping center as Planet Fitness) and while I was there, it was an experience to adjust to. I would say it was uncomfortable, but it really wasn't after 5 minutes of being there... so... that's something. ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคธ As you navigate the streets of your life: - Always show up for yourself in some way regardless of your external circumstances. The work you put in will always be worth it. ๐Ÿ’ช - Making connections will be the only way that you will ever truly know what it is that you need to work on when it comes to making connections. ๐Ÿ’š - Being uncomfortable is part of the growth process. Trust it and know that as the time goes, you'll find your groove and from there, you will find out what is and or isn't for you when it comes to the changes you're undergoing. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Okay... So I Lied!
Well... not quite... it's more like I didn't have the words to describe something I now have a more precise sense of terminology for. I have announced myself a good bit as a transformational coach...and in some cases, I would considerably be so...but that's not so much the profession I probably tell others that I am. A more appropriate term that I would like to consider myself would be that of a "holistic internal street guide"...even though what it is I do looks a lot like possibly a coaching session. Some would dare say that I am a "directional coach"...(and even though that sounds more professionally pressured if anything) But if I am going to perfectly honest with my clientele at any point, I'm just as much a fuqed up mess as the next soul who is humanely trying to make it in this world of wonderous complexity. My streets are just as much polluted as maybe yours...but my streets are also beautiful...if not just as beautiful as yours. One recurring theme I do tend to talk about much is perfectionism.... ...and how I'm absolutely far from perfect. But I will tell you that I am a perfect mess...and I'm okay with that even though I know not everybody else will be... but...like Street Therapy...I'm not for everybody. I want to close this out by stating how transparent I'm being with my internal transitions and personal transformations. There's a great deal of many spiritual aspects about myself that I am still exploring and one of the craziest things I am currently exploring right now is how vast this world really is for a soul like myself who found the comfort in small. I still do find a comfort in small, but I also am aware of the discomfort of growth. Growing pains happen more than just in physical and physiological ways...they can also happen in various ways spiritually and, dare I say, metaphysical ways. Collectively, I think we're still exploring this as well as ways to put words to it, but various growing pains of this caliber are also happening within each of us individually as well...and I feel our truest power is being transparent about it whenever it happens, more so with ourselves than with others.
