Welcome to Street Therapy
Here's an introduction to what this community is about. Small tid bit about myself, I am currently a student working towards a degree in healthcare...more specifically, health and human services. I consider myself to be a rather overall spiritual person... as I'm sure over time the depth of this will unravel the longer you follow me. I consider myself to have a rather holistically multifaceted approach to life. I truly feel that there's a bigger sense of interconnectivity in the universe than there is given credit for...again, the depths of this notion will also be revealed as you follow me... and I will also say this about my history as well. Anycase, welcome to Street Therapy! As of the making of this post, Street Therapy is currently a seed and at the current moment, I'm not sure where this is going to grow. Even though I have an ideal of where I want this to grow, words aren't enough to explain the vastness of the dream at the moment...so I'm willing to see where this develops...as I hope you are willing to with me as well. If you are here reading this, thank you! I hope to make this as interesting and engaging as possible. Have the best day!💚💚💚

What is Street Therapy? I Present My Manifesto
Street Therapy is a sanctuary—a space where imagination takes form, where self-discovery unfolds, and where healing is not just possible but inevitable. It is not bound by walls or institutions; it exists wherever the journey inward begins. The focus is not on external circumstances but on the individual—on transformation, on becoming whole despite the chaos of the world. Street Therapy is a place where knowledge is absorbed in a way that traditional spaces of education often fail to provide. It is a movement, a philosophy, a way of being that allows individuals to open their minds and hearts in ways most never get the chance to. Here, healing is not prescribed—it is expressed. Through creativity, conversation, and community, we illuminate the unspoken and embrace the unseen. Our mission is to help individuals uncover the missing parts of themselves—the fragments that were never truly lost but simply buried beneath pain, addiction, and societal expectations. We do not seek to change who you are; we seek to reunite you with your truest self, shadows and all. There is no judgment here, only reflection. No condemnation, only understanding. Every action, every word, and every moment within Street Therapy is an opportunity for self-knowledge and growth. We are not defined by where we have been, but by where we are going. And in this space, we walk that path together. Forward is inevitable! Move in Stride!

Holistic Code of Ethics for Street Therapy
1. Healing is a Journey, Not a Destination. We honor progress over perfection. Every step forward is a victory, no matter how small. 2. Expression is Medicine. Art, music, movement, and storytelling are our tools for transformation. We embrace creativity as a path to healing. 3. The Mind, Body, and Spirit Are One. We promote balance through mindfulness, nutrition, physical wellness, and spiritual alignment. 4. Community is Strength. We lift each other up. We hold space for healing, growth, and transformation. No one walks alone. 5. Judgment Has No Home Here. We recognize that addiction and pain do not define a person. We meet everyone with love, respect, and understanding. 6. Nature Heals. We reconnect with the earth, recognizing that nature is a source of grounding, renewal, and wisdom. 7. Freedom is Found in Authenticity. We unmask, we express, and we show up as our truest selves—without fear, without shame, without apology. 8. We Turn Pain into Purpose. Our struggles do not break us—they shape us into healers, creators, and guides for others walking the same path.

Some thoughts about community
I was strolling along today and though I was alone, I was thinking about the social projects that I have coming up that I will be journaling about as my progress goes. But as I sat with my thoughts about community, I came to make this video and incorporated some of my thought plans for Street Therapy. To digress, with planning will come with putting together a committee of sorts and it just got me thinking about the structure of community. What are your thoughts?

Morning Mantra
"Today is a great day because you woke up and took in a breath of fresh air. That breath was permission for you to take the opportunity to make change. Change for better Change for self Change for better self Breath for better Be for better Do for better Manifest the best!" I say this to myself in the mirror every morning to start my day. It is one of several rituals that I do for myself to help me get motivated for the day and give me a sense of confidence to carry through. Even speaking this to myself doesn't always ensure I have the smoothest day, but since I started doing this regularly roughly a year ago, there has been some exponential changes that I've noticed throughout myself and the way I carry myself in the world. It tends to be a rather therapeutic way for me to also rid of previous day troubles as well as help me problem-solve as I handle the various assignments of my life. 😊😊😊 What are some of the rituals you practice to help you start kick your day? 💚💚💚 As you leave your comment, please know that I wish you the best day today!
