Using Ancestry
Hi Everyone, I'm trying to figure out Ancestry. There are some people when doing online searches where I only have a name and variations of their name but I'm unable to ID the parents or kids. I feel like I want to stop; but it's an opportunity that I don't want to pass up. Then I find the grandchildren but I can't add them into ancestry without the parents. Is there a way to make ancestry skip a generation so that I can add the that are kids related?
There are a few names where I'm stuck with just one name and the hints have not been helpful like what I described. I don't see a way to add siblings. The only options are parents, spouse, and kids but what about siblings and skipping a generation. Surely, I'm not the first person that has this issue with ancestry.
