Hello everyone, I'm SO glad you made it here. For almost 30 years, I've been using genealogy tools to build family trees and to locate and investigate people. I build traditional family trees for clients who want to learn more about their history, and I help adoptees find their biological families by building trees using their DNA results. Relevant to this community, I love building family trees for investors. I love digging into title searches, investigating ownership, and profiling who the real decision maker is on a property. And once we identify the heir, I love strategizing with clients on the best approach to reach out and get the deal done. For a while, I've done individual and team trainings on how to use genealogy to improve deals and increase profit margins. Hello everybody. Thrilled to join you . I'm in sunny California . I don't at the moment, but for several years work at a title company. I worked on the escrow side but I can definitely see the worth of this knowlegde in the field I joined because I am trying to find out who my bio mother is. I was illegally adopted and have no paper trail at all.anr so far none of my DNA acted want to cooperate. So here I am. Never did I think I'd run into a real estate type platform I find that interesting.
