Introduction

I think I previously put my introduction in the wrong place. I am in the Dalton, Georgia, Chattanooga, Tennessee area. I work all over the country doing surplus funds after tax and mortgage foreclosures. I have been doing it about five years, but would like to add something to what I am already doing, and the title curative work interests me.

I have also found that, even in the surplus funds world, it helps to have some skills in genealogy because it's the same process of trying to track people down or their families or heirs of estates. I look forward to working with all of you and appreciate the information that seems to be hard to find on finding people using genealogy.
