When Things Actually Go Wrong!
Good morning Warriors Yesterday topped it off. The screws holding my backrest in my chair broke. Now it’s being held together with cable ties. Not ideal. Not planned. Not convenient. This is the kind of moment where your thinking can go anywhere: “This is a disaster.” “Why does this always happen?” “This trip’s gone to shit.” Or… “Alright. What’s the next step?” This is where trust becomes real. Not when things are easy. But when they’re not. 👉 Reflection: Where does your mind go when something actually goes wrong?

When Control Isn’t There!
Good morning or afternoon Warriors Another moment from this trip. Tried to get on a tram in the middle of Melbourne — couldn’t. Wrong setup. No access. Plan had to change. Then ended up getting a bit lost heading back to the hotel. Not ideal. And this is where it shows up: When control disappears… what takes over? Frustration? Stress? Shutting down? Or adaptability? Because the truth is, we don’t control much out there. But we do have influence over how we respond. 👉 Question: When things don’t go to plan, what do you tend to lean into?

When Things Don’t Go Smoothly!
Good morning Warriors I missed yesterday — been travelling. Planes, trains, buses… and a few moments that didn’t exactly go to plan. Loading onto a plane in an aisle chair — nearly sliding off. Having to be pulled up and repositioned… more than once. Not comfortable. Not controlled. Not how you’d script it. Moments like that test you. Not physically, but mentally. Do you tense up? Get frustrated? Expect things to go wrong next? Or… Do you stay with it? 👉 Reflection: How do you usually respond when things don’t go smoothly?

Regaining Control!
Good morning Warriors Let’s bring it all together. Distraction. Delay. Doubt. Derailment. We’ve all experienced them. They’re part of being human. But here’s the difference: Most people get caught in them. Inner Warriors become aware of them. And awareness gives you a choice. Not control of everything. But control of your next step. 👉 Finish this sentence: “Today, instead of getting derailed, I’m choosing to ______.” One moment at a time, Warriors. 👊

Derailment!
Good morning Warriors Derailment is when it all builds up. Distraction + delay + doubt… And then we hit a wall. Low energy. Frustration. Shutdown. “Stuff it” mode. This is where many men stay stuck. But here’s the shift: Derailment isn’t failure. It’s a signal. A signal that something needs attention. Rest. Reset. Re-focus. Question: What helps you reset when you feel derailed?
