Good day Warriors 👊 Feeling lighter isn't always about adding something. Sometimes it's about letting something go. A thought. A habit. A resentment. An expectation. Ask yourself today. What could I let go of that would make life feel just a little lighter?
Good morning Warriors 👊 Let's keep this week simple. Here's one question I'd love you to carry with you: What's one small change that would help you feel lighter? Not a complete life overhaul. Just one small change. It might be: • Clearing a corner of a room. • Taking a walk. • Letting go of a worry. • Making one phone call. • Getting outside for ten minutes. Sometimes the smallest changes create the biggest shifts. What's your one small change?
Good morning Warriors 👊 It's been a little while since I last posted. Over the last couple of weeks I've been thinking about something simple... Clutter. Have you ever noticed that when your environment feels cluttered... your mind often does too? A messy desk. A chair covered in stuff. A garage. A bedroom. Even a phone full of notifications. It's almost as if our outside world starts reflecting what's happening on the inside. And the opposite can be true as well. Sometimes clearing one small space... creates space in our thinking. Not because life suddenly changes. But because our mind has room to breathe again. I'm not talking about spending all day cleaning. Just one drawer. One bench. One corner of a room. Small changes. Clearer mind. Question: What's one small area you could clear this week to create a little more space in your life? One small step, Warriors.
Well… now you know what all the secrets was about! Tonight, my story—and nearly 26 years of lighting up my home in Napier—was shared with New Zealand on TV1. Being recognised as an ASB Good Sort and receiving a $10,000 award was something I genuinely never expected. I’m proud, shocked, grateful, and still trying to take it all in.
