There are times we need to take an assessment of ourselves, sometimes the things we tell ourselves we are healed from are really just buried so deep inside that we forgotten about what that pain felt like until something or someone says something to set off a trigger in our memories. When that happens Confront the issue! Don't shrug it off! Remember you can start the process of spring cleaning within yourself anytime. Take that Garbage out and leave it. Feel that empty space with some positive energy ✨️ 😌 ☺️

Hello everyone. Family times have been a good change in understanding how everyone feels. The change in our hearts like knowing how impersonation can lead to unnecessary things. Like being in today leads me back to what was in yesterday. I joined because I felt a pressure! And I feel calmer about who I can be now. My choices feel kept like pain because of my voices. My understanding is too switch and be different. “Like my flaws, know my worth”. “Act on my voices”. “Lead my anxiety away from taking time to be me”. “And crying when there’s the flow on left off pressure”. It’s great to know where to type it’s where you can just be. Sorry for the rant but I know this and everything is wanted.

Wow! This year is already into the second month. Time seems to be moving quickly. However find time to focus on your self care, while you continue your journey taking care of others. Remember in order to love others you must begin with loving yourself. Have a wonderful blessed day 🙏
