The 5 Second Reset
Throughout my day, I often feel stressed.
I'm walking to and from places, and hardly know where I am I'm so caught up in my thoughts.
But sometimes I'll realize, and pause. I stand still for about 5-10 seconds, breathe, and notice.
I listen, observe, and feel. Basically run through the senses and take a moment with them.
I've found that when I move on after this, I am more focused and energized than I was before.
Today, if you find yourself rushing, I want you to try the 5 second reset for yourself, and I'd love to hear how your body and mind respond to it :D
