🎯 This week's scenario:
You're the PM for Instagram Stories.
Over the last 90 days, DAU for Stories has dropped 15%, but overall Instagram DAU is flat.
Your interviewer asks: "Walk me through how you'd diagnose this."
Here's what I want to see in your answer:
→ What data would you pull first?
→ What hypotheses would you test?
→ What would you explicitly rule OUT early, and why?
