Good morning everyone. Just a quick suggestion about getting started in the course. Each video is short and concise, about 5 to 7 minutes, and leads to the next video. If you spend just 10 minutes on one or two videos a day, you’ll be through the course in a month or two.. it always comes back to the breath., And breath is infinite, wave by wave. Hello community of five elements of sound healing. I’m super excited to be here and my name is Lindsay Wood. I am starting a Death Doula practice. So excited to learn from the master Bodhi and Chris!

With these four pillars, I keep my life in balance. Conscious breathing, creating sounds that are pleasing and nurturing, movement to keep my body flexible and alive and meditation to drop into the stillness.. I am grateful for this life. What practices do you employ that inspire you to keep going?

I like to think of Sound like food. When I am filled up, I appreciate the silence. What kind of sounds are my favorite? What kind of sounds do I like to create in the kitchen of my Orchestra? What kind of sounds do you like? One of my favorites is the sound of a flock of geese heading north or south depending on the season.
